Our Terms of Service Policy

United PCS is owned by Warfighter Apps, Inc – a Veteran-Owned and Managed Company.

In this document, "You" (and "Your") are the customer, and "We" (and "Us" or "Our") are Warfighter Apps, Inc.

Your use of the United PCS website is confirmation that You accept Our Terms of Service Policy. You should review Our Privacy Policy, also.

What We Do?

The United PCS website serves as a platform for assisting You with various aspects of their PCS process. Our website facilitates the collection and organization of some personal information and documents that users may require readily. When using the United PCS website, You will be prompted to input duty-related information into a personal profile, which may include, but is not limited to, rank, name, and current duty location.

In order for us to provide you with the very best experience that is tailored to your specific situation, we ask for and collect a very limited amount of information from you.

We reserve the right to exercise sole and absolute discretion in removing anyone and their information from the United PCS website. This action may be taken to preserve privacy, address non-compliant users, prevent anyone from disrespecting the military chain of command, curtail discussions of classified work-related material or unit operations not pertaining to PCS activity, prohibit posting of inappropriate or pornographic material, or address the use of profane language in discussion Forums.

By posting or submitting any content or materials, including audio or video files, or personal information (collectively, "Your Content") to the United PCS website or its related features, You affirm, represent, and warrant the following: (1) You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to Your Content, including any copyrights; (2) Your Content does not contain defamatory, libelous, obscene, or pornographic material; (3) the use of Your Content as outlined in these Terms of Use will not violate any legal rights of third parties or any criminal laws of any state or nation.

By sharing Your Content on the United PCS website, You grant Us and Our designees a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable license (the "License") to use, sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, and create derivative works of Your Content in connection with the United PCS website or the conduct of the Our business, in any format(s) and through all media channels. We reserve the right to monitor Your Content as it appears on the United PCS website and We may edit or delete Your Content at any time and for any or no reason, without your permission, foreknowledge, or consent.

Your Content

As a requirement for accessing and using the United PCS website, and submitting or accessing any ratings, reviews, communications, information, data, text, photographs, video clips, or other materials (collectively referred to as the “Content”), You agree not to use the United PCS website for any purpose that is in conflict with these Terms of Service, or any other purpose that is not reasonably envisioned by United PCS and Warfighter Apps, Inc. Any violation of any herein will be subject to potential termination of all United PCS accounts and or prosecution. This includes, but is not limited to, refraining from engaging in the following activities:

1. using the United PCS website in a manner that breaches any applicable laws or infringes upon or misappropriates the rights of any third party, including but not limited to the transmission of Content that may violate a third party’s intellectual property rights, fiduciary rights, contractual rights, or rights of publicity.
2. utilizing the United PCS website or its Content for any purposes not expressly authorized by these Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, commercial, political, religious, cultural, or social purposes, as well as the submission or transmission of any Content that contains advertisements, promotional materials, junk mail, or any other form of solicitation.
3. reproducing, duplicating, copying, modifying, selling, re-selling, or exploiting any Content or the United PCS website for any commercial, educational, or non-personal purposes. Such unauthorized use of the Content or the United PCS website must not be related to your personal purchasing decisions. Please note that Warfighter Apps, Inc reserves the right to withhold its consent at its sole discretion.
4. posting any irrelevant Content, repeatedly posting the same or similar Content, or any other activity that may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You are also prohibited from interfering or attempting to interfere with the proper working of the United PCS website or any activities conducted on the United PCS website.
5. engaging in any form of harassment, threats, intimidation, or impersonation of any individual, falsely identifying of higher rank or different rank than awarded to you by your branch of service including any attempt to mislead others regarding the identity of the sender or the origin of any rating or review, falsifying contact or other information, misrepresenting a relationship with any person or entity, including the United PCS website and Warfighter Apps, Inc, is strictly prohibited.
6. knowingly submitting or providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
7. engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the review and rating mechanism on the United PCS website is strictly prohibited.
8. obtaining access to the United PCS website, other user accounts, or other computer systems or networks connected to the United PCS website without proper authorization are prohibited.
9. using the United PCS website in a manner that infringes on the rights of United PCS or any other user or provider of the United PCS website. Any action taken by you that could impede the rights of United PCS or other users of the United PCS website is strictly prohibited.
10. attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part or characteristic of the United PCS website, as well as any other connected networks or systems, including any server used by United PCS, by means of hacking, password mining, or any other unlawful or unauthorized methods. This also includes attempting to obtain password, account, or any other personal or private information from any other user of the United PCS website.
11. selling, sharing, or transferring your account username, password, or any other information related to your account or your rights and obligations under these Terms of Service to any third party without the prior written consent of United PCS and Warfighter Apps, Inc.
12. transmitting or submitting encrypted transmissions or other materials that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spiders, cancelbots, or any other computer programming routines that are likely or intended to damage, interfere with, disrupt, impair, disable, or overburden the United PCS website is strictly prohibited.
13. using any artificial means, including but not limited to any deep-link, scraper, robot, spider, or any other automatic device, program, algorithm, or methodology, to access, download, monitor, or copy any information contained on our United PCS website. Do not reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Sites and Services or any content in any way, or attempt to obtain any Content, materials, documents, or information through any means not intentionally made available through the United PCS website.
14. probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the United PCS website or any network connected to it, or to breach the security or authentication measures on or of the United PCS website or any network connected to it. Additionally, it is not allowed to attempt to reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other user of the United PCS website, or any other customer of United PCS, including any United PCS account not owned by you, to its source. Furthermore, it is strictly forbidden to exploit the United PCS website or any service or information made available or offered by or through the United PCS website, in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification or information other than your own information, except as expressly authorized by United PCS and provided for by the United PCS website.
15. being disrespectful, demeaning, or insubordinate to servicemembers of a higher rank within United PCS Sites and services under any circumstances. Reported and verified instances of disrespect to superiors across all branches of the Department of War within the United PCS website will NOT be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate termination of yours and or your spouse’s or partner’s United PCS website account or accounts regardless of status or rank.
16. patronizing or disrespecting subordinate servicemembers under any conditions in any of the United PCS websites and services across all branches of the Department of War. All blatant and verifiable acts of “ill will” towards subordinate servicemembers will be grounds for immediate termination of yours and or your spouse’s or partner’s United PCS website account or accounts regardless of status or rank.
17. Engaging in activities that may be deemed as misuse of the following services but not limited to - real estate, lending, vehicle sales, yard sale’s, forum, veteran owned businesses, and all 3rd party vending services on the United PCS website, such as gathering real estate and lending agents' data for preferential use and profit outside the original intent of the United PCS website and its established procedures that may be considered inappropriate and provide an unfair advantage.

Do We Collect Information?

We do collect basic information in order to provide you with the best experience possible without asking for more than we need. For example, we will ask for your current duty location, upcoming duty location, rank, if you have dependants, how many dependants (NO names) so that we can provide you with feedback with our custom built calculators and other automations built into the website. We only ask for the least amount of PII to provide you with information.

Who Should Be on This Website?

The United PCS website was created by servicemembers from various branches of the US military who are experienced with PCS moves and wanted to pass the information that they learned “through the school of hard knocks” so that you would not have to make the same mistakes that they did. In the end, the United PCS website is the website that they wish they had when they were in your shoes.

Who Should Not Be on This Website?

While We cater to the US military and veterans, the United PCS website is not intended for You to discuss other jobs, careers, or money-making opportunities – there are other websites for that type of conversation. Let’s keep the focus of the United PCS website being simply that . . . PCSing.

Do You Sell My Data

We do not sell your personally identifiable information (“PII”).

At a future date, we may aggregate all of the data of our Customers – not PII – and use it to attract companies that will provide you with the best experience. For example: we may be able to attract better moving rates if we are able to advertise to moving companies that we have 4.5 million people using Our United PCS website.

Can I Delete Information in My Account?

You control the information in Your account. You may delete some, any, and all of the information that You supplied in Your account at anytime and without notice to US.

How Do I Delete My Account?

While we will be sad to see you leave, you may delete your account at any time.

Once You have decided to close Your account and would like Your account permanently deleted, there is a “delete account” button on the Dashboard of Your account. You will be asked twice to confirm Your intent to delete Your account. The reason we ask You twice is to confirm your intent to ensure that the deletion is not a mistake. Once you confirm Your desire to delete Your account the second time, You will be transported to the United PCS’s Home Page and Your account will be permanently deleted.

Note; once You confirm that You would like to delete Your account the second time, United PCS will not be able to revive your account and it will be completely deleted.

You are always able to start a new account – know that you will have to add Your personal information all over again, though.

Update This Terms of Service Policy

We will update this Terms of Service for any number of reasons (including, but not limited to, changes in privacy laws). We will inform you when we have a new Terms of Service update and it is up to you to read and comply with it if you agree. Continued use of the United PCS website means that you accept Our Terms of Service and all updates. If you object to any portion of this Terms of Service, please stop using the United PCS website and contact Us to let Us know to what You are objecting.

Intellectual Property

Every trademark and service mark within the United PCS website is owned either by Warfighter Apps, Inc or its respective owners. Warfighter Apps, Inc has tried to provide the registered trademark/service mark around respective marks, but any errors in marking are not meant to construe a lack of ownership.

You acknowledge that all content and materials available on the United PCS website other than Your Content are owned or controlled by Warfighter Apps, Inc and protected by national and international copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, patent registration rights, trade secrets, know-how or other proprietary rights and laws. You may only use the United PCS website, as expressly permitted in these Terms of Service and for no other purpose.

You may not use the United PCS website for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to, sending unsolicited commercial email or making unsolicited commercial phone calls. Except as authorized by Warfighter Apps, Inc in writing on a case-by-case basis, You will not sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from any of the Content.

The systematic retrieval of any of the Content to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without the written permission of Warfighter Apps, Inc is prohibited. Unless otherwise indicated, all logos, names, package designs and marks on the United PCS website are trademarks or service marks and may not be used without Warfighter Apps, Inc's permission. Warfighter Apps, Inc's policy is to terminate the online privileges of individuals who violate the copyrights of others and fully prosecute all intellectual property violations.

Anyone who has developed, is developing, will develop, and or is the owner of any PCS related website or App will not gain access to any "United PCS" products for the intention of, but not limited to, unauthorized or authorized access to website or App through User or falsified information in an effort to data mine methods, designs, formats, layouts, scripts, coding, pages, App and website flow and content. These actions are strictly forbidden and WILL be pursued and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. By agreeing to this Terms of Service, You certify and confirm that You are in a non-compete status and that You intend to use the United PCS website only for its intended purpose as a User.

Indemnification

By using this website, You will indemnify, defend, reimburse and hold harmless Warfighter Apps, Inc, and each parent company, subsidiary, affiliate, division, officer, director, employee, contractor and agent of Warfighter Apps, Inc, for, from and against any and all liabilities, claims and expenses of any type or nature, including costs and attorneys' fees, that arise from Your Content set forth above or from your use of the United PCS website.
