UNITED PCS – PROVIDER TERMS OF SERVICE

(Applies to Lenders, Vendors, and non-Agent Providers)

These Provider Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern participation in the United PCS platform operated by Warfighter Apps, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the United PCS platform as a real estate agent, lender, or vendor (“Provider,” “you,” “your”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose of United PCS

United PCS is a controlled relocation support platform for U.S. service members and their families.

United PCS is not a public directory. It is a managed ecosystem designed to:

  • Protect service members from solicitation and abuse
  • Provide Providers with verified relocation demand
  • Route all introductions through Company-controlled systems
  • Measure performance and enforce compliance

2. Eligibility & Provider Approval

2.1 No Self-Authorization

Providers may not self-grant access.

All Providers must:

  • Submit a professional application
  • Undergo Company review
  • Receive written approval
  • Be formally granted Provider Portal access

Company reserves absolute discretion in approving, denying, suspending, or revoking Provider status.

2.2 Account Integrity Requirement

Each Provider organization and individual may maintain only one Provider account and no unauthorized user accounts.

3. Strict Prohibition on Manipulation & Circumvention

3.1 Zero-Tolerance Conduct

The following actions are strictly forbidden and constitute material breach:

  • Creating or using multiple accounts, including:
    • Separate “user” and “provider” accounts
    • Multiple emails to bypass system controls
  • Attempting to access member areas of the platform as a Provider
  • Scraping, harvesting, or extracting member data
  • Circumventing introduction or routing systems
  • Off-platform solicitation of any United PCS member
  • Misrepresenting identity, affiliation, or authority
  • Coordinating with third parties to evade restrictions

3.2 Enforcement & Prosecution

Warfighter Apps, Inc. will aggressively enforce these Terms.

Any party found engaging in manipulation or circumvention:

  • Will be permanently banned from the platform
  • Will forfeit all current and future access, subscriptions, and privileges
  • Will be subject to civil litigation and criminal referral where applicable
  • Will be pursued for financial damages, lost revenue, investigative costs, and legal fees
  • All affiliated parties involved will be similarly banned and pursued

4. No Direct Member Contact Policy

Providers are strictly prohibited from directly contacting any service member or family through any channel unless explicitly authorized by the Company through its controlled introduction system.
All communication must originate from United PCS.
Violation results in immediate termination and enforcement actions.

5. Subscription & Fees

Participation requires an active paid subscription. Failure to maintain payment results in suspension or termination of Provider privileges and visibility.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Performance Monitoring & Metrics

Company monitors:

  • Impressions
  • Engagement
  • Conversion metrics
  • Territory performance
  • Compliance behavior

Company may adjust placement, territory rights, or privileges based on performance or policy compliance.

7. Intellectual Property & Platform Protection

All software, systems, metrics, routing logic, territories, and business processes are the exclusive intellectual property of Warfighter Apps, Inc.
Unauthorized replication, reverse engineering, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination

Company may suspend or terminate any Provider at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Conduct harmful to members or the platform
  • Legal, regulatory, or compliance concerns
  • Business reasons at Company’s discretion

9. Limitation of Liability

United PCS provides exposure and routing services only. Company does not guarantee transaction volume, revenue, or outcomes.
Providers assume full responsibility for their own business operations, compliance, and results.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Acknowledgment

By using United PCS, you affirm that you:

  • Have read and understand these Terms
  • Agree to be bound by them
  • Understand that violations will result in permanent removal and legal enforcement
