UNITED PCS – PROVIDER PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION POLICY

For Real Estate Agents, Lenders, and Vendors

This Policy governs how Warfighter Apps, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, protects, monitors, and enforces the handling of Provider information on the United PCS platform (“United PCS” or the “Platform”). This Policy applies to all approved and applicant Providers, including real estate agents, lenders, and vendors (“Providers”).

By applying for or using United PCS, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

1. Platform Purpose & Protected Community

United PCS is a controlled relocation ecosystem designed to protect U.S. service members and their families from unsolicited contact, data misuse, and exploitation while providing Providers with verified relocation demand through Company-managed workflows.

Service members and their families are designated as a protected community. Provider participation in United PCS is a privilege, not a right.

2. Information Collected from Providers

2.1 Application & Identity Data

Collected when you apply:

  • Full name and business name
  • Email address, phone number
  • Website and branding materials
  • Professional licenses and identifiers (e.g., license number, NMLS ID)
  • Service area descriptions
  • Profile images and logos
  • Any information voluntarily submitted

2.2 Platform & Usage Data

Collected when approved:

  • Login credentials and authentication metadata
  • Account status and role
  • Territory assignments and platform access levels
  • Subscription and billing information (processed through Stripe)
  • Platform activity, logs, and technical identifiers

2.3 Performance & Compliance Metrics

United PCS collects and analyzes:

  • Profile impressions and engagement
  • Introduction activity and conversion indicators
  • Territory performance
  • Compliance and policy adherence signals
  • Platform behavior and risk indicators

3. Provider Access Restrictions

Providers do not have access to:

  • Member personal contact information
  • Member directories or search systems
  • Messaging systems
  • Browsing or discovery tools
  • Any service member data outside of Company-authorized introductions

All member interaction is strictly controlled by United PCS.

4. How Provider Data Is Used

Provider data is used exclusively to:

  • Evaluate and approve applications
  • Operate and improve the Platform
  • Route controlled introductions
  • Administer subscriptions and billing
  • Monitor performance and compliance
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and manipulation
  • Enforce contracts and platform rules
  • Protect service members and platform integrity

Provider data is never sold to third parties.

5. Monitoring, Auditing & Enforcement Authority

United PCS actively monitors Provider behavior, including:

  • Account activity and login behavior
  • IP address usage and access patterns
  • Territory interactions and routing activity
  • Compliance signals and risk indicators

Providers acknowledge they have no expectation of privacy for activity conducted on or through the Platform. Warfighter Apps, Inc. reserves full audit and investigative authority and may preserve records and share information with legal authorities when required.

6. Prohibited Use of Data

Providers may not:

  • Scrape, copy, store, export, or share any Platform data
  • Attempt to identify or contact service members outside approved workflows
  • Use Platform insights for off-platform solicitation
  • Circumvent routing systems or access controls
  • Reverse engineer metrics, territories, or business logic

Unauthorized use constitutes a material breach and grounds for permanent termination and legal action.

7. Data Retention

Provider data is retained:

  • While your account remains active
  • As required for compliance, legal obligations, and enforcement
  • After termination where necessary to protect the Platform and service members

Termination does not eliminate liability for prior conduct.

8. Data Security & Provider Responsibilities

Warfighter Apps, Inc. implements administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect Provider data. Providers are responsible for maintaining secure credentials and preventing unauthorized access to their accounts.

9. Legal Disclosure

Company may disclose Provider information when required to:

  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Enforce agreements and policies
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, or platform manipulation
  • Protect service members and Company rights
  • Pursue legal remedies

10. Provider Rights

Providers may request access to or correction of their own data and may request deletion subject to legal, compliance, and enforcement requirements. Certain data may be retained as necessary to protect the Platform and enforce agreements.

11. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of United PCS constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

12. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
