By submitting an application for a United PCS provider account, you acknowledge that access to the United PCS platform is subject to review and approval by the United PCS Provider Committee. The Committee will evaluate each application based on, including but not limited to:

• Professional credentials and licenses
• Prior industry experience and service history
• Overall professional merit, reputation, and alignment with United PCS standards

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. United PCS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or deny any application, and may request additional information or documentation to complete its review.

A decision regarding your application will be sent to the email address provided at sign‑up. Please allow 2–3 business days for the Committee to review your information and issue a determination. If your application is approved, your welcome email will include instructions for activating your account and accessing subscription features. If your application is not approved, the email will confirm that decision and may, at United PCS's discretion, outline any next steps or re‑application options.

This application process applies to real estate agents, lenders, and industry vendors seeking access to United PCS services. By proceeding, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in denial of your application or termination of access at a later date.
